Advance bookings are highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple treatments during your visit. The spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability.
Opening hours: 9 am – 10 pm
We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to your scheduled appointment. However, if a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the spa receptionist when possible. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as we must complete your service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa treatment we require a minimum of four (4) hours’ notice to avoid being charged 50% for cancellation, and 100% of your treatment time for no show.

We invite you to advise us of any special preferences, concerns or focus areas when making your reservation in order to make the most of your experience.
SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
If you have health concerns or are pregnant, please be sure to notify our spa staff when booking your treatment. Our reservationists can offer guidance as to which treatments will be the most beneficial and those that should be avoided due to physical limitations or sensitivity.
CULTURAL RESPECT ETIQUETTE
At all times our prime focus is the comfort of our guests. In this respect, all guests are kindly requested to cooperate by adhering to cultural norms and respect the etiquette. Gentlemen are strictly not permitted to enter the ladies section and vice versa.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you are a guest of the hotel, you may also charge spa services to your hotel room.
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to experience spa treatments, fitness facilities and locker rooms. Children below 16 should be accompanied by an adult while having treatments.
